1. Services
VukaSizwe will design and host a semi-customized website for you. Included in your design plan will be the following:
1.1.
Hosting for your website on a VukaSizwe IT Solutions server in a secure Data Centre.
1.2.
Bandwidth (unless otherwise specified in your selected design package).
1.3.
Storage space (at the level included in your selected design package).
1.4.
E-mail accounts (at the number included in your selected design package).
1.5.
Customer support and website maintenance through VukaSizwe IT Solutions' normal channels and support hours (at the level included in your selected design package).
1.6.
Certain other features (as specified in your design package).
2. Content Rights
You will retain all applicable rights you hold in all content, data, information, computer programming, text, music, sound, images, data, technology, or software (referred to in this Agreement as “Content”) you provide to VukaSizwe IT Solutions, except that VukaSizwe IT Solutions owns and will retain all rights to the design of the web site we create for you. VukaSizwe IT Solutions will retain all applicable rights it holds in any Content it uses to provide VukaSizwe IT Solutions services to you. All rights held by third-parties in any Content will be retained by the applicable third party.
3. Limited License
You hereby grant to VukaSizwe IT Solutions a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, translate, reproduce, publish, distribute, sub-license, exploit, and/or create derivative uses of your web site and web site content anywhere, for any purpose, and in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe for the sole purpose of providing VukaSizwe IT Solutions services under this Agreement.
4. UKUNYE: The only account you will ever need
The UKUNYE Web Design package is provided to every resident of the Republic of South Africa for the fee of R 750.00 per year, excluding any overusage-, penalty- or addon fees. The UKUNYE-account is charged annually at R 750.00 and includes 1 free domain of which the client can choose between either .co.za, .za.net and .za.org domains. Premium domains such as .com, .net and .org.za are not included in the UKUNYE-package free of charge. These domains and all other domain, not included in the UKUNYE-package, will be charged at the standard fees, as set forth on the VukaSizwe website.
VukaSizwe IT Solutions reserves the right to discontinue the UKUNYE Web Design package at any stage, for any reason whatsoever and will not be liable for damages incurred due to such a decision. VukaSizwe IT Solutions reserves the right to refuse this service to anyone, for any reason whatsoever and also reserves the right not to renew (for the following year) a client's service, for any reason whatsoever.
